COVID-19
POLICY
Masks and six-foot social distancing are still part of the requirements. LDYWDE Fitness, LLC is taking the approach because we want to do it right, not necessarily first. We're continuing to limit the class sizes and just maintain the high-level sanitation and wellness checks. Regardless of how much the restrictions ease, fully vaccinated or not, we're going to make sure that we're doing what we need to do cause we're still in the midst of a pandemic. That means guests are still required to wear masks, cleaning stations will be provided, and equipment is sanitized regularly. We’re make sure that clients can have a peace of mind whenever they do come to workout.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Session(s) are non-refundable. Payments must be paid in full online when booking or before your training session. Payments may be made ahead of time using: CashApp, PayPal, Square, or Zelle. Client are given a 24 hour notice to book or cancel appointment. A Fitness Consultation, Client Health Consent, and COVID-19 waiver must be completed and on file prior to the beginning of the first session. Session(s) will begin promptly at the time specified by the client and trainer and end from that specified time.
NUTRITION
POLICY
I provide health information solely for informational purposes. Weight loss and health results are not guaranteed. Actual results will vary widely from individual to individual. By purchasing from LDYWDE Fitness LLC, you acknowledge that we do not make any claims, guarantees, explicit or implied, for any specific results. You also acknowledge that it is possible to gain weight on a program. Failure to lose weight or meet your desired results will not be grounds for a refund or to seek any damages against. Please note that nutritional information on our site reflects recent updates to meals based on evolving ingredients. The nutritional information for meals at the time of their preparation is reflected on the labels on our website.
FOOD ALLERGY
POLICY
I make every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct your trainer on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we list items with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Clients concerned with food allergy risks must contact trainer before making order placements.
